Terms of use

Please read these conditions when using TubeSaku’s website, analysis tools, and public data services.

Service scope & beta availability

TubeSaku is provided as a beta service. Bugs, changes to features without prior notice, temporary interruptions, or discontinuation may occur. By using the service, you accept these conditions.

Public MCP access is currently available without a TubeSaku account or API key, subject to the published usage limits. Your AI client’s own conditions may also apply. Registered-account and paid MCP plans are not currently open for registration or payment. Custom analysis and reports are separate services whose scope, availability, and pricing are confirmed individually.

AI outputs & data limitations

TubeSaku uses AI for analysis and suggestions. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Suggested channel names, concepts, keywords, and other outputs are not guaranteed to be free of third-party rights. You are responsible for checking outputs and deciding how to use them.

Results reflect the sources and channels collected by TubeSaku, rather than all of YouTube. Check each dataset’s observation period, freshness, missing values, and source. Live-stream status is the state at the latest observation and may have changed. Cover-song suggestions do not grant permission to use a composition, recording, or other protected material.

TubeSaku does not accept responsibility for losses arising from use of the service, including channel suspension, reduced revenue, or legal disputes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Permitted access & prohibited conduct

The documented public APIs, MCP endpoint, and published downloads are intended for use within their stated scope and limits. This does not authorize unrestricted bulk collection or redistribution.

Excessive load on the system, scraping outside the documented access methods, reverse engineering, and other conduct the operator considers inappropriate are prohibited. Do not bypass the published usage limits.

Citation & reuse

When citing TubeSaku research or public data, identify TubeSaku, link to the relevant report or dataset, and include the observation period. Follow any specific citation or reuse instructions on that report. Public availability is not a blanket license for unrestricted redistribution. Third-party content and source data remain subject to their own rights and conditions.

For reuse beyond the stated conditions, or questions about a commercial deliverable, contact us before proceeding.

Privacy & questions

Information collected through the website, contact form, MCP, and public AI-data services is described in the privacy policy. Operator details are available on the About page.
